It depends how much you weight,how much you lose,how fast you lose it,and where the tattoo is.If you lose ~50 pounds or less,than it probably won't distort,but if you lose around 100 pounds,then there is a chance it will be a bit distorted.Also,if it is on your stomach then there is a bigger chance of it distorting compared to being on your arm.One last factor is how quick you lose the weight,if you lose a ton of weight very quickly,it will probably distort more than slow weight loss.I wouldn't worry too much about it though,it will most likely be fine.
